I/We understand that within 72 hours of application approval there is a holding deposit of $500 required to be submitted, and the lease is to be signed within 5 days!

**All occupants under the age of 18 (minors) have to be added into the list of occupants. PROOF of guardianship is required such as but not limited to birth certificate.
