Regal Towers Apartments proudly accepts Housing Choice Vouchers (HCV), also known as Section 8. If you already have a voucher or are in the process of obtaining one, we welcome you to apply.

If you already have a voucher
You may apply directly with our leasing team. We will work with your housing authority to complete all required paperwork and inspections.

If you are still working with a Housing Authority
We partner with Community Management Associates (CMA), Real Property Investors (RPI) as well as many other housing authorities. CMA and RPI will walk you through the eligibility and approval process for participating communities like Regal Towers and ensure voucher processing is smooth and compliant for all residents. 

Important Notes for Voucher Applicants 

• All adult household members (18+) must complete an application and screening 
• Voucher must cover the contract rent as determined by your housing authority
• Move in is subject to standard approval and housing authority approval
