|Recommended: YesMaintenance - Poor Quality — The maintenance team is not up to par. They have ignored my requests and have not called me to reschedule appointments. The move-in sheet with all our requested fixes was never addressed.

Also, we didn't know that there can be almost 250 for the water, sewer and gas each month. Hope you guys do something in this regards

|Recommended: YesApartment Review — Pretty good place, though it gets noisy at night, and the construction is pretty flimsy, especially the paint job on the apartments do not paint over the outlets, that's a fire hazard .
TI, the maintenance man, does an amazing job.
