|Recommended: YesMaintenance - Poor Quality — The maintenance team is not up to par. They have ignored my requests and have not called me to reschedule appointments. The move-in sheet with all our requested fixes was never addressed.

It’s very quiet, parking is cool there’s always somewhere to park and that’s all I can ask for

|Recommended: NoNot satisfied with the service — Hey we are living here since two months and there is no hot water in the Kitchen and it is very difficult especially during this winter. Also, we didn't know that there can be almost 250 for the water, sewer and gas each month. Hope you guys do something in this regards
