|Recommended: NoDamages — When I moved into this apartment my bathtub crumbled and got ruined a week into me moving into it. The bathroom is falling apart and the wall tile is coming off. The walls in my apartment had soot on them as if someone lives in here while I'm gone. I got so much more to say and it's not good
|Recommended: YesKitchen faucet issue resolved — Curtis Kelsey came in to repair a leak in my kitchen faucet and replaced everything in a timely manner. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend him to anyone that needs repair services on site

|Recommended: NoGood Bad — This residence has its good and bad qualities. For the good I will say parking is great and has open availability, elevators are fast, trash dumping is efficient and rooms are spacious and maintenance staff is really friendly. Now on to the bad the quality of peace is horrible. I have had multiple problems with loud and hostile residents, access to the laundry machines is horrible because there are only two sets of machines for washing and drying. So it’s always a struggle to finding an open machine, and while the maintenance people are very nice they are slow to arrive and help out whatever issues you might have. If I had to give this place a rating it would be 6 10. Somewhere in the middle because the apartment complex has its good parts but also its bad parts as well.

|Recommended: YesDisrespectful leasing agent — moving into the building, the leasing agent was very disrespectful. Talk to me with attitude the day of moving into the building. If I had got the attitude before hand , I would have never moved into this apartment based on the negative for her it show you what kind of place you move in I called to speak to a supervisor pretty much she just defended her
