|Recommended: YesGreat Property — Regal Towers is a great property with lots of amenities and events put together by staff for the residents. They’re very informative keep the property clean. They have lots of tools to help pay rent report issues. The only thing they need to work on is updating some structural issues such as the stairs elevators. Otherwise, it’s a great safe property with good staff all around

|Recommended: NoThis is the worst place to live. This place has exterminating problems. Roaches, ants and bed bugs. They had exterminators coming out every Monday and expected everything out the cabinets and if it were not out they threatens to issue 200 fine. Working 10 hr shifts how can a person have time for that. The staff is rude and maintenance takes forever to come out. The apartment above me kitchen and bathroom constantly flooded damaging my things and they tried to tell me that I needed flood damage insurance through them. When my least was up they tried to tell me that I owed 400 for carpet which was water damage due to the constant flooding. They came into my apartment one day when they thought I was at work. They tried to say someone was smoking cigarettes in my place and I’m not a smoker but when you come into the building you smell marajuana. When the halls don’t smell like marajuana they smell like mold. They make up reasons to keep your security deposit and they LIE

|Recommended: YesCurrent tenant — Only been staying here for two months and I enjoy staying here. Everyone is friendly, staff will work with you in a timely manner. It’s usually quite most days on my floor which is good for me. Thanks regal towers.

|Recommended: YesSo far so good — This is my very first apartment ever. So, far so good I enjoy coming home every day from work and from church. If I had any complaints it would be, I wish there were more washers and dryers on my floor That’s it
