|Recommended: YesFirst renewed lease...ever. — I have moved 16 times since I was 16. I have moved into plenty apartments.
This...is the very first one I've renewed my lease with. The maintenance and office are so friendly and quick, I really don't hear my neighbors at all and there's never commotion outside, they keep on inspections and actually implement disciplinary actions for things. I would know, I got one. Totally reasonable and understandable though. They always email notices out for EVERYTHING which is so helpful.
Also, they didn't raise my rent for renewing my lease...that's INCREDIBLE.
Would HIGHLY recommend living here.

|Recommended: NoUpkeep of property — The apartments themselves are not bad. However the upkeep of lobbies are poor unless it’s the main building. The walls are dirty and the buildings have a smell.

The maintenance staff is fast at getting repairs done and the lovely staff in the office are always their to help and go above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend living here. I think I never want to leave here.
