|Recommended: YesMaintenace — I suffer during winter months with cold air blowing through the bedroom and living room windows. The front windows do not have storm window. Only screens. Cold air seeps in. I put large towels on the window sills and plastic over the windows to block the cold air. I have reported this to maintenance yet nothing has been done about it. Other than that I have no problem with your property.

|Recommended: YesMary Francisco — I have been leaving in Regal Towers 5 years. I like the community it is a nice quiet clean community. Regal Towers is very attentive to anything needs to be done in my apartment on a timely matter. I will refer any relatives or friends that may be looking for a quiet community well-maintained to look into Regal Towers.
|Recommended: YesRegal towers — I do enjoy living here and I think it’s a reasonable price for my apartment however the gates communication system is always malfunctioning . My gate code didn’t work for a month and a half and I had to call several times to get it fixed.

|Recommended: YesThere could be improvements. — Furing my time here so far, I've enjoyed it for the most part. The noise level isn't nearly as bad as I thought it'd be, the ground keepers maintain a decent level of presentation, and are friendly, and office staff are willing to listen if there's an issue, even if it takes a little while to get back with you. The fitness room is nice per my roomate , and I love our units layout. Maintenance requests get taken care of rather quickly, and they perform regular inspections for insects pets, which is really appreciated. I enjoy the security that the cameras and on-site security bring, and as a woman, that's important.
My only grievances
1. The stairwells need a deep cleaning. The walls are disgusting and the carpets in the hallways and elevator need to be deep cleaned. They both just look atrocious.
2. The front door and gate systems need to be updated or something. There are constant issues with both, such as the door gate not opening after I put the code in, hitting 9 on my phone to let the gate up doesn't work sometimes, and sometimes the door locks won't take my fob, so I have to call myself to let myself in.
|Recommended: YesTenant — My problem is dirty windows. I have been here three years. I was told by maintenence that I have to pay to have my windows washed. Or call maintenance to take the windows out for me to wash Really Shouldn't what I pay in rent and the other renters in your 15 bldgs on site cover window washing I like the apartments, but some of the rules are unacceptable. Such as sitting outside your bldg in your lounge chair. And not in that little dug out patch with the picnic table and grill by the playground. Lastly the Southfield security police. K9 Unit are extremely Rude to seniors and kids
