|Recommended: YesA VERY SECURE AN AFFORDABLE OAKLAND COUNTY COMMUNITY TO LIVE IN. — I MOVED INTO RP RIGHT AFTER ORLO TOOK OVER THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. DURING THE FIRST COUPLE OF YEARS OF THE TRANSITIONS, THINGS WERE LESS THAN SATISFACTORY. However, I STAYED BECAUSE PROGRESSIVELY CONDITIONS IMPROVED. I'VE LIVED AT RP FOR OVER 10 YEARS, AND THIS IS MY HOME. RP IS A LARGE WELL, MAINTAINED INCLUSIVE, KID-FRIENDLY, FAMILY COMMUNITY, AND SAFE.
|Recommended: YesPlease stop smoking — I haven't had any real problems, everytime I've had an issue it was rectified. My only issue is the Marijuana smoke, and the cigarettes smoke that comes through my vents I have bronchitis and it really causes an issue with my breathing and it makes me sick to my stomach. thought it was a smoke free community someone didn't get the memo. This will be something I will consider when it time for me to renew my lease. Property is always making upgrades. Always looks nice when you drive through the community.
