|Recommended: YesGreat place but handle everything appropriately — When I first moved in it was a struggle, I had some issues getting used to taking care of rent and there was some miscommunication but simple answer just get a money order from cvs and that fixes everything it makes it less hard and confusing ever since doing that I had no problems other wise it’s a great place to live my neighbors are friendly and so are a good portion of the staff and security here is phenomenal.

|Recommended: NoAffordable Apartment — The apartment is ok if you do not have any pets, want a cheaper apartment, and being close to a big highway. Wishing they would prioritize cleaning the sauna for use at the fitness center. I feel that this would add on to the amenities, and tried to contact the property, but it may have gotten passed off. Otherwise, the apartment is ok.

|Recommended: NoRent increase is excessive — Regal Towers have added additional charges to its lease for gas, water, and garbage disposal. Tenants are already required to pay for electricity. Their one bedroom units are tiny with not much room to move around in and I find the additional charges to be quite excessive.

|Recommended: YesI think this is a good first apartment — This is my first apartment and I think it’s a good place to start. I personally don’t have any issues with noise or anything. I only ever hear others when people are in the hallway or I’m in the hallway. The loudest it’s ever been is I guess when they are working on the elevators or doing any major repairs. I happen to stay in a unit less than 100 feet away from the elevators.
I like how prompt maintenance is and they have fixed the few issues I have had. I do have to say I have seen two roaches, and after I reported it the pest control and maintenance was immediately on it, and I haven’t seen them anymore. I usually report stuff immediately after it occurs. Overall I don’t think this is a bad place to stay at all. I would say it is like every other apartment experience I’ve been told about from others I know who stay in apartments. I plan to be here for a year or so.
